When you add borrowers to the platform, you are responsible for obtaining their consent to have their information stored in our system. We store borrower names, email addresses, and loan details on your behalf. We do not use borrower data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., which is PCI DSS compliant. ACH payment information entered by borrowers is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share your information only with third-party service providers that help us operate the Service, including: Clerk (authentication and user management), Stripe (payment processing and bank account connections), Supabase (database storage), Vercel (hosting and file storage), and Resend (transactional email delivery). Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for 90 days before deletion in case you wish to reactivate. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of the Service.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
